Custom CYCLING Kit

Cycling jerseys start from about £22.50 (excl. VAT) for standard sublimated short-sleeve designs (prices vary by sleeve length and zip style, see our pricing guide). All prices include full custom printing and your chosen colors. We also offer premium jerseys and full-zip versions.

A custom cycling kit provides a professional look and improved visibility on the road. Our jerseys have a snug, aero fit with team colours, making your club easily identifiable during races or rides. They also have practical features (like pockets and zippers) for functionality, so riders can focus on performance. Most importantly, wearing matching kit unites the team and represents your club in style.

The first order minimum is 10 garments. This can be 10 jerseys, or 6 jerseys + 4 jackets, etc., as long as the total items are 10. Cycling teams sometimes have smaller rosters, so if 10 is too many, let us know - we can handle smaller orders, sample orders or corporate orders.

Expect around 5-6 weeks after finalising your design and paying. Cycling kit is made to order with custom sublimation, so we need that lead time. We'll inform you of the production schedule, but plan for about a month and a half from start to delivery.

Yes, all printing is included. Your cycling jersey will have your club logo, sponsor logos, and any text (like rider name) as part of the design. These are dyed into the fabric, so they won't crack or peel. Most cycling teams put the team name or rider name on the back or sides, and we can accommodate that in the layout.

Definitely. You choose the colours and style (stripes, colour blocks, gradients, etc.), and we'll replicate them on the jersey. Our kit builder lets you try different pocket colours or zip options, and our designers can refine the look. We work in both men's and women's cuts and even junior sizes if needed, so the fit and style can be tailored to each rider.

Once your cycling kit design is established, re-orders are easy. We keep your artwork on file and can produce additional jerseys or bibs whenever you need them. You can just tell us quantities and we'll reproduce the exact same design. If you want an updated version (new season or sponsor), we can modify the design accordingly.

Vector files (SVG/EPS) are ideal because they ensure smooth printing on fabric. If your sponsor logos or club crest are in JPG/PNG format, make sure they are high resolution. We can work from bitmaps, but supplying a vector logo helps us maintain perfect clarity on the jersey.

Yes. Our online kit builder provides a visual mockup of the jersey with pockets and zips. It shows a 3D jersey where you can adjust colours and logos. We can also send you a digital mockup of the design once you've given us the details - for example, showing where the logos will sit on the back and sleeves. This ensures you're happy with the look before production.

Our cycling jerseys are tailored for performance. They feature three rear pockets for carrying gels or tools, plus an optional zipped pocket for valuables. You can choose between a full-length zipper or a ¼ zip, and short or long-sleeves. The fabric is sweat-wicking and stretchable. All these options (pockets, zips, cuts) are available when we build your custom design.
