The problem with kit orders isn't the kit
Designing a kit is the fun bit. You know your colours, you know your crest, and with a decent kit builder the design comes together in minutes.
The hard bit is everything after: collecting orders, guessing sizes, chasing the last three payments, and hoping the money you fronted comes back. For a 30-player club, that's easily hours of admin per order - done by someone who'd rather be coaching, playing, or having their Sunday back.

The DIY Club Shop is live - your own free online club shop, built right into your Client Portal.
Here's how it works:
- Your shop, your brand. Build a shop in your club's colours, filled with your custom kit designs. Your crest, your designs, your shopfront. No setup fees, no hidden costs, and limited tech skills needed - if you can share a link, you can run a club shop.
- Members order and pay themselves. Share one link with your squad. Players and parents pick their own sizes, add names and numbers, and pay at checkout. No collecting orders. No chasing payments. No fronting the money.
- Your club can earn on every sale. Set a margin on your shop prices and every order puts something back into club funds. Your kit just became a fundraiser.
- We handle the rest. You design the kit - you're already brilliant at that bit. We handle the printing, the payments, and the delivery. Your members get exactly what they ordered, in their own size, with their own name on the back.
And if you already have kit designs in your portal, every one of them will be ready to add to your shop from day one.
What this looks like in a real season
Pre-season, old way: the coordinator posts a sizing form, chases it for a fortnight, collects £900 into their personal account, places one big order, and spends September handing out shirts and apologising for the two that came back wrong.
Pre-season, shop way: the coordinator shares a link in the club group. Everyone orders their own kit over a cup of tea. New signing joins in October? Send them the same link. That's the whole system.

What it costs
The DIY Club Shop is free to set up and free to run - it's included with your Client Portal, the same way our all-inclusive kit pricing already covers names, numbers, badge and sponsors. The only prices in play are the ones you set on your own shop.
How to set up your club shop
The shop is waiting in your Client Portal. To get yours live:
- Ordered with us before? Log in to your Client Portal - your existing kit designs are already there waiting.
- New to the portal, or login gathering dust? Call us on 01883 772929 or contact your account manager - they will help you log in.
- Then: open your portal, set up your shop, share your link. Ten minutes, give or take.
Kit admin, gone. Season, sorted.
