Our custom cycling jerseys start at £22.50 + VAT. Our kit prices are all-inclusive. That means all design work, names, numbers, sponsors and team badges are included – no nasty surprises or extra charges.

Vector files (SVG/EPS) are ideal because they ensure smooth printing on fabric. If your sponsor logos or club crest are in JPG/PNG format, make sure they are high resolution. We can work from bitmaps, but supplying a vector logo helps us maintain perfect clarity on the garment.

Yes. Our online kit builder provides a visual mockup of the jersey with pockets and zips. We can also send you a digital mockup of the design once you've given us the. This ensures you're happy with the look before production.

Our cycling jerseys feature three rear pockets for carrying gels or tools, plus an optional zipped pocket for valuables. When we build your custom design, you can choose between full-length zip or ¼ zip options, and short- or long-sleeves. The fabric is sweat-wicking and stretchable.

For your first order, the minimum order quantity is 5 items of the same garment type. After that, there's no minimum.

After final designs are signed off and full payment has been received, kit will be manufactured and delivered between 5 and 6 weeks.

Yes. Every kit item we supply includes printing of all designs, names, numbers, club logos and sponsor graphics in the quoted price. Our team will take care of placing each graphic on the garment, so everything looks cohesive and sharp.

Absolutely. Our in-house designers will match your club colours and replicate your logo or crest on the kit. We typically work from vector artwork (or we can vectorise your logo for you) to ensure the printed colours and details are crisp and accurate to your brand.

Once your initial design is saved in our system, you can simply contact us to request more of the same kit or add new items. You can also use your Free DIY Online Club Shop for seamless re-ordering.

We offer two design routes: the 3D Kit Builder or in-house custom design by our team. All of our designs are fully customisable to your needs including different patterns, colours and your logo and sponsors’ logos. Your account manager will assist you with the best option for your kit.
