Decathlon is one of the biggest sports retailers in the world. When it wanted a custom teamwear service for UK clubs, it could have picked any manufacturer. It picked a teamwear specialist from Oxted, Surrey.
That was us. Since 2023, every kit ordered through Decathlon Club has been designed and made by My Club Group. Here is why the partnership happened, what it says about the kit we make, and how to decide which route is right for your club.
The short version
- Decathlon Club is Decathlon UK’s custom teamwear service.
- My Club Group designs, makes and manages every Decathlon Club order.
- The partnership has been running since 2023.
- Your club gets the same design team, the same factories and the same quality checks, whichever site you order from.
How the partnership started
Decathlon has spent decades making sport affordable for everyone. Off-the-shelf kit is something it does brilliantly. Custom teamwear is a different job. It needs designers who can turn a hand-drawn badge into print-ready artwork, specialist sublimation printing, and an account manager who answers the phone when a sponsor changes their logo three days before the season opener.
Those are the things we have spent years building. We only make teamwear, for grassroots clubs, schools, universities and charities across more than 12 sports. Over 11,000 clubs across the UK and Europe already wear our kit. When Decathlon UK looked for a partner to run its custom teamwear service, that focus is what made the difference. We now work with Decathlon under the name 'Decathlon Club' to supply custom kit across over 12 sports!
What a partner like Decathlon looks for
A global retailer does not put its name on a product without checking who is behind it. Before a partnership like this goes ahead, the partner needs to be confident in four things.
- Quality. Kit that holds its colour, keeps its shape and stands up to a full season of matches and washes.
- Capacity. The ability to handle orders from thousands of clubs without long delays.
- Service. Real people who look after every order, from first design to delivery.
- Accessibility. Prices and minimum orders that work for grassroots clubs, not just big teams.
We have always said our kit is good. The partnership means someone else with very high standards has checked it too.
What it means if you order direct from us
The partnership has not changed how we work with clubs that come to us directly. If anything, it has made it better. Every kit, whichever site it is ordered from, gets:
- The same in-house design team, who can build a kit from a rough idea or a photo of an old shirt.
- The same fully sublimated print, so badges and sponsor logos never crack or peel. Read more about our performance fabrics.
- The same proof sign-off, so nothing goes into production until you have approved it.
- A dedicated account manager who knows your club and your kit.
Prices start from £19.50 per shirt, £13.25 per pair of shorts and £7 per pair of socks (excl. VAT), with designs, badges, names and numbers included. Your first order starts at just 5 items.
My Club Group or Decathlon Club: which should you choose?
Both routes give you the same kit. The difference is how you prefer to order and what else your club needs.

Behind every kit, the same team
It is easy to assume that a big-name partnership means kit is made somewhere far away by people you will never speak to. That is not how it works here. Whether your order starts on our site or Decathlon’s, it lands with the same team in Oxted. They check your artwork, chase your sponsor’s logo file and make sure your kit arrives before the first whistle.
